OUR MISSION

Our mission is to inspire students to become world citizens by fostering leadership skills and cross-cultural understanding while also serving and honoring the interests of local communities.

To accomplish these goals, we partner with educators and organizations and use our intimate knowledge of the Andean region to develop customized learning adventures that encourage students to step out of their comfort zone and engage with the people and places they visit. We facilitate group discussions and opportunities for individual reflection, encouraging participants to consider their own identity and role within the broader global community.
