Custom program options

You can select one of our tried-and-true featured programs or we can collaborate with you to customize a program that meets your needs and goals. Our programs may include study themes such as cultural and language immersion, service learning, research expeditions, and ecology and conservation. According to your curricular goals, we can customize an educational plan that includes instructional materials, on-the-go mini-lessons, activities, and reflection for your group before, during, and after travel.

Andean Discovery Program Leaders are locals and have been a part of the Andean Discovery family for years. They have a wealth of experience and are adaptable to meet the unique needs of each educator. Most of all, they are passionate about sharing their land with you. Your Program Leader will be with you from the moment you arrive at the moment you depart. He or she will provide your students with an insider’s knowledge and perspective on the country and culture and facilitate activities that further your goals of authentic experiential learning.

Because we are based in both continents and coordinate all aspects of your trip, without third-party intermediaries, our pricing does not include extra margins that add unnecessary cost. In addition, third-party operators can impede the efficiency of communication and leave more room for important details to fall through the cracks. We keep our overhead low and can work with you to develop programs that fit your budget.
